Sending out Missionaries

As our name implies, NMM sends and equips national missionary workers who preach the Gospel in the most unreached areas in North India. Mission experience has demonstrated that it is wiser to support indigenous missionaries who work within their own culture than to send foreign missionaries who must labor in unfamiliar surroundings. A native missionary is highly effective because he knows the customs, culture, and language of the people he is ministering to.

Every year the Lord enables NMM to send out hundreds of native missionaries who have completed their training in our centers to involve in full time church planting work. These missionaries are planting churches in rural villages enabling the seed of the gospel to take root and grow in communities that previously have not heard the Good News of Jesus Christ.

Besides sending missionaries out to the field, we also supply them with the resources they will need to effectively communicate the Gospel. We provide our missionaries with tools such as bicycles, scooters, gospel literature, film and projector, lanterns, etc.
